PTA has signed a Cooperation Agreement

The Permanent Tribunal of Arbitration has signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Court of Arbitration attached to the Polish Chamber of Commerce. This agreement intends to start and further develop cooperation between the two institutions in arbitration matters, exchanging information on the recent developments of the field, and exchanges of arbitrators between the institutions.

The Court of Arbitration attached to the Polish Chamber of Commerce has been established in 1950, and it is the most well-known arbitration institution in Poland, as well as it is growing in popularity in Europe. On behalf of the Court of Arbitration, the agreement was signed by: Mr. Marek Furtek - President; Mr. Jozef Okolski - Honorary President; and, Mr. Maciej Laszczuk - member of the Arbitral Council.
